A lot of real estate work ends at the closing table. The keys change hands, the agent moves on to the next deal, and the seller or buyer is left with a stack of papers nobody explained. We run this office a different way. We stay on the line after the sale.
In the weeks and months that follow, a few things tend to catch people off guard. A buyer in California can get a supplemental property tax bill months into living there. A seller may get a tax form about the sale early the next year. Utilities, insurance and the final closing statement all need sorting out. We check back and go over each one in plain words, so you know what to keep, what to file and what to ignore.
That habit shapes the whole job. We explain each step before it happens, write down what we agreed on, and tell you what to watch for later. People handling an estate or a divorce often have a lawyer or a court in the picture too. We keep our part clear and simple so it fits alongside theirs.

A check-in once the keys change hands
A few weeks past closing, we call to see how things settled. We go over the final statement, which papers to keep and what tax mail may show up. If a question comes up later, call us and we will help you figure out who to ask.
