What Happens on the Call
We start with what you need. That might be selling a house, settling an inherited or probate property, selling a house as part of a divorce, or buying one. We ask about the property, the people involved and the timing you have in mind. If it makes sense, we set a time to sit down at our office or meet over video.
You get a plain read on your options and what moves the price, like condition, location and how soon you need to be done. Nobody asks you to sign anything on that first call. Our part does not stop at closing, either. We check back after the sale to make sure the paperwork, keys and last details landed where they should.
Gather These Before Picking Up the Phone
- Where the property is and how it looks right now, described in your own words.
- Who is on the title, plus anyone else who must sign, like heirs or a spouse.
- Paperwork already in hand, such as a probate filing, a court order or your latest loan statement.
- A target date for moving out or moving in, even a rough one.
