Terms and Conditions

Using This Site

This website belongs to Real Estate Agent Modesto, a real estate business working in Modesto, California and the towns around it. By reading these pages, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

We keep this site simple. It explains who we are and the kinds of sales and purchases we help with. There are no accounts, no logins and nothing to buy here.

General Information, Not Advice

What you read here is general. Every sale is different, and a page cannot know the details of your property, your family or your money. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice.

For probate, divorce or tax questions, talk to an attorney or a tax professional. We are glad to work alongside them.

Nothing Is Agreed Until It Is Signed

Reading a page or calling us does not create an agreement to sell or buy anything. An agreement only exists once both sides sign written paperwork that spells out the terms. Until then, you are free to walk away.

Reaching Us

The phone is the only way to reach us. Questions about anything on this site get a plain answer by phone at (209) 318-2904. Please do not share account numbers or other sensitive details on a first call. We will tell you when, and why, we need any paperwork.

Our Words and Images

The text and images on this site are ours or used with permission. You may read and share links to our pages. Please do not copy large parts of the site or use our name to suggest we back something we do not.

Limits on Our Responsibility

We try to keep these pages accurate and current, but we cannot promise they are free of errors or always available. Market conditions, rules and timelines change. We are not responsible for losses that come from relying on this site alone instead of talking with us or a qualified professional.

Changes and California Law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies. These terms follow the laws of the State of California.

If something here is unclear, give us a call and we will explain it in plain words.
